02Informational Character of the Website

The content on this website is provided for general business information purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, financial advice, investment recommendation, legal advice, tax advice, or any regulated financial service.

All cooperation requires individual confirmation of scope, pricing, timelines, responsibilities, and settlement terms.

03B2B Character of Services

Just Money provides services exclusively in a business-to-business (B2B) model. Services may include, depending on the individually agreed Scope of Work:

  • CPA-based user acquisition and user activation campaigns,
  • community-driven distribution of campaign participants,
  • real-user product testing and onboarding diagnostics,
  • UX and conversion friction analysis,
  • Activation Diagnostics Reports,
  • GEO-specific market testing and user feedback collection,
  • operational reporting related to user journeys and activation flows.

All commercial terms — including campaign events, volumes, pricing, timelines, qualified user definitions, reporting format, and settlement rules — are agreed individually and documented in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or service agreement.

04Campaign Scope & Qualified User Definition

Before each campaign launch, Just Money and the client jointly define and document:

  • the specific activation event that constitutes a deliverable (e.g. KYC completion, card order, account registration, deposit, or other milestone),
  • the volume of qualified users to be delivered,
  • the GEOs and user segments targeted,
  • the timeline and delivery schedule,
  • the pricing and payment milestones.

The client retains sole and final authority to determine whether a delivered user meets the qualification criteria, based on the client's internal verification, KYC provider, fraud detection systems, and risk rules.

Card order delivery is optional and applies only where the client's product includes a card offering. This is confirmed explicitly during scoping.

Complex activation sequences — such as KYC + minimum deposit, KYC + trading volume, or KYC + specific transaction — constitute custom engagements with separately negotiated pricing. Standard flat-fee packages apply to KYC-level activation only, unless otherwise agreed.

Disputes regarding user qualification must be raised by the client within 7 calendar days of user delivery notification. After this period, delivered users are deemed accepted.

05Community-Based User Distribution

Just Money distributes campaign participants through its own engaged European user community, primarily based in Poland with reach across CEE and selected EU markets.

Community participants are incentivized individuals who voluntarily participate in fintech and Web3 product testing in exchange for activation rewards offered by the client or arranged by Just Money.

Just Money does not guarantee that community users will make ongoing product use, long-term retention, secondary purchases, or repeat transactions beyond the agreed activation event.

Community-based users are real individuals on personal devices with real identities, completing real onboarding flows. The quality and behavioral profile of delivered users is confirmed during the scoping phase.

06No Regulated Financial Services

Just Money does not provide banking, payment, investment, crypto-asset, financial advisory, brokerage, legal, or tax services.

Just Money does not operate a crypto exchange, wallet, payment institution, bank, investment platform, or regulated financial institution.

Any financial, crypto, payment, card, banking, or investment product mentioned in connection with a campaign is operated by the respective third-party client platform, not by Just Money.

07No KYC, AML or Compliance Decisions

Just Money does not perform KYC, AML, fraud scoring, identity verification, customer due diligence, or account approval decisions on behalf of client platforms.

All user registrations, KYC processes, account approvals, reward eligibility decisions, fraud checks, and transaction monitoring are performed directly within the client's platform under the client's own compliance, KYC/AML, fraud-prevention, and security procedures.

Client platforms remain fully responsible for their own compliance, risk management, data protection, user approval, account eligibility, and transaction monitoring.

08Pricing and Payment Terms

Just Money services are priced on a flat-fee basis per campaign tier, as indicated on the website or in the individual Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is made in USD or EUR via bank transfer or agreed stablecoin (USDC/USDT),
  • Campaigns are billed in milestones linked to user delivery volume,
  • Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue,
  • Applicable Polish VAT or EU reverse-charge rules apply depending on the client's tax registration,
  • All prices on the website are net of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Just Money reserves the right to pause or terminate a campaign if payments are not received on schedule.

09Activation Diagnostics Reports

Where included in the agreed scope, Just Money prepares Activation Diagnostics Reports based on observed user journeys, support interactions, community feedback, and operational data collected during the campaign.

Reports are prepared for business and operational purposes. They are not legal, compliance, investment, financial, or regulatory advice.

Data included in reports is anonymized at the individual user level before delivery to the client. Just Money does not share individual user personal data, identity documents, or personal contact details in reports.

10Case Studies and Performance Data

Case studies, metrics, and performance data presented on the website are based on real campaign activities. Specific brand identifiers are anonymized for confidentiality.

Past results do not guarantee identical future outcomes. Campaign performance depends on many factors, including product quality, GEO, user incentives, onboarding flow, KYC requirements, client-side systems, and market conditions.

11Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • ensuring the legality and compliance of their own products and services in all target markets,
  • maintaining their own KYC, AML, fraud-prevention, and risk systems,
  • the accuracy and legality of campaign materials provided to Just Money,
  • defining and communicating reward eligibility rules and user qualification criteria before campaign launch,
  • proper processing of end-user personal data within their own platforms,
  • confirming that incentivized user traffic is permitted under their own Terms of Service and applicable regulations,
  • complying with applicable laws in target GEOs, including financial regulation, consumer protection, and data protection law.

Clients must confirm that incentivized user acquisition is permitted under their platform's Terms of Service before campaign launch. Just Money is not liable for compliance failures arising from the client's failure to verify this.

Just Money may refuse, suspend, or terminate cooperation if a project appears unlawful, misleading, non-compliant, harmful to users, or inconsistent with Just Money's operational standards.

12Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, layout, branding, service descriptions, reports, and business materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from Just Money.

13Confidentiality

Sensitive information exchanged during business discussions — including CPA rates, community structure, operational methods, partner networks, report findings, pricing models, and client data — is treated as confidential.

Specific engagements may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Just Money may condition disclosure of sensitive operational details on execution of an NDA.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Money is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on information published herein.

Maximum liability under any individual campaign is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for that campaign.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Polish or EU law.

15Privacy and Personal Data

Rules regarding personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available at justmoney.pl/privacy-policy/.

16Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, including the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and the Act on Electronic Services (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).

Disputes are first addressed through good-faith business negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the court competent for Just Money's registered address in Poland.
