This Privacy Policy explains how JustMoney processes personal data collected through the website justmoney.pl, contact forms, e-mail communication and business inquiries.

This website is intended primarily for business users, including fintech, Web3, crypto, banking, payments, card issuing and technology companies interested in user activation, CPA-based acquisition, product testing and UX diagnostics.

JustMoney is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

2. What data we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:

a) Data submitted through the contact or audit request form, such as:

  • name and surname,

  • company name,

  • business e-mail address,

  • Telegram username or other business contact details,

  • target markets / GEOs,

  • selected service type,

  • project description or message content.

b) Business communication data, such as:

  • e-mail correspondence,

  • Telegram or other messenger communication,

  • meeting notes,

  • information necessary to prepare a business offer or cooperation proposal.

c) Technical website data, such as:

  • IP address,

  • browser and device information,

  • server logs,

  • basic information about website activity,

  • cookies and similar technologies, if used.

d) Contract and accounting data, if cooperation is established, such as:

  • company details,

  • tax identification details,

  • invoice data,

  • payment and settlement information,

  • contract-related communication.

3. What we do not collect

JustMoney does not collect, store, verify or process users’ identity documents, KYC documents, AML documentation, bank login credentials, wallet private keys, seed phrases or payment card security data.

If an end user registers, verifies an account, completes KYC, activates a card, makes a deposit or performs a transaction, this takes place directly within the client’s platform or application, under the client’s own onboarding, compliance, KYC/AML, fraud-prevention and security procedures.

JustMoney does not make KYC, AML, risk-scoring or account-approval decisions on behalf of client platforms.

4. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

a) Responding to business inquiries
To reply to your message, contact you about your inquiry and provide requested information.

b) Preparing business offers
To analyze your project requirements and prepare an individual business proposal, audit scope, CPA framework or cooperation terms.

c) Providing B2B services
To perform agreed services, including user activation campaigns, product testing, UX diagnostics, onboarding analysis, reporting and business communication.

d) Contract and accounting obligations
To conclude and perform contracts, issue invoices, maintain accounting records and comply with tax and legal obligations.

e) Website security and maintenance
To ensure website functionality, security, fraud prevention, abuse detection and technical maintenance.

f) Establishing or defending legal claims
To protect our legal rights, enforce agreements and defend against potential claims.

5. Legal bases for processing

We process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract;

  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — processing necessary to comply with legal obligations, including accounting and tax obligations;

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest, including responding to business inquiries, maintaining business relationships, securing the website, preparing offers and protecting legal claims;

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, where consent is required, for example for optional analytical or marketing cookies if such tools are used.

Under GDPR, when personal data is collected directly from a person, the controller should provide information about the processing, including identity, purposes, legal bases and rights. UODO describes this as the information obligation under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR. (UODO)

6. Contact form

When you submit a form on our website, we process the data you provide in order to respond to your inquiry, analyze your project and prepare a business offer.

The form is intended for B2B communication. Please do not submit sensitive personal data, identity documents, private financial information, passwords, seed phrases, copies of IDs or any unnecessary personal data through the form.

7. Recipients of data

Your data may be shared with trusted service providers only when necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • hosting and website maintenance providers,

  • e-mail service providers,

  • WordPress, Elementor or website-related tools,

  • accounting and invoicing service providers,

  • legal, tax or business advisors,

  • IT security and infrastructure providers,

  • communication tools used for business correspondence.

If cooperation involves external partners or subcontractors, data is shared only to the extent necessary for business communication, project coordination or service delivery.

8. International transfers

Some tools used for business communication, website maintenance, analytics or infrastructure may involve providers located outside the European Economic Area.

Where required, such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or other mechanisms permitted under GDPR.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

  • contact form inquiries: for the time needed to respond and continue business communication, and then for up to 3 years for claim-protection purposes;

  • business correspondence: for the duration of the business relationship and then for the period necessary to protect legal claims;

  • contract and accounting data: for the period required by tax and accounting laws;

  • technical logs: for a limited period necessary for website security and maintenance.

12. No automated decisions

We do not use personal data collected through the website to make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

However, no method of online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. For this reason, please do not send sensitive documents, KYC materials, passwords, private keys, seed phrases or other confidential financial data through the website form.

14. Data processing on behalf of clients

As a rule, JustMoney does not process KYC documents or identity verification data on behalf of client platforms.

If, in a specific project, a client requires JustMoney to process personal data on the client’s behalf as a processor, such processing will require a separate data processing agreement. Under Article 28 GDPR, the use of processors should be documented and based on sufficient technical and organisational guarantees. (UODO)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially if we change our website, tools, services or legal requirements.
