These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website justmoney.pl, operated under the JustMoney brand.

The website is intended primarily for business users, including fintech, Web3, crypto, banking, payments, card issuing and technology companies interested in user activation, CPA-based acquisition, product testing, UX diagnostics and related B2B services.

JustMoney is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

2. Informational Character of the Website

The content published on this website is for general informational and business presentation purposes only.

The website does not constitute a binding commercial offer, public offer, financial offer, investment recommendation, legal advice, tax advice or regulated financial service.

Any cooperation with JustMoney requires individual confirmation of scope, pricing, responsibilities, timelines, reporting rules and settlement conditions.

3. B2B Character of Services

JustMoney provides services mainly in a business-to-business model.

The services may include, depending on the individual agreement:

  • CPA-based user acquisition and user activation campaigns,

  • real-user product testing,

  • UX and onboarding diagnostics,

  • conversion analysis and reporting,

  • community-based user distribution,

  • market, GEO and campaign feedback,

  • technical and operational reporting related to user journeys.

Detailed commercial terms are agreed individually with each client and may be subject to separate agreements, statements of work, insertion orders, NDAs or cooperation terms.

4. No Regulated Financial Services

JustMoney does not provide banking services, payment services, investment services, crypto-asset services, financial advisory services, brokerage services, legal services or tax advisory services.

JustMoney does not operate a crypto exchange, wallet, payment institution, bank, investment platform or regulated financial institution.

Any financial, crypto, payment, card, banking, exchange or investment product mentioned in project communication is operated by the respective third-party platform, not by JustMoney.

5. No KYC, AML or Risk-Approval Decisions

JustMoney does not perform KYC, AML, fraud scoring, identity verification, customer due diligence or account approval decisions on behalf of client platforms.

If an end user registers, verifies an account, activates a card, makes a deposit or completes a transaction, this takes place directly within the client’s platform or application, under the client’s own onboarding, compliance, KYC/AML, fraud-prevention and security procedures.

Client platforms remain fully responsible for their own compliance, risk, security, user approval, account acceptance, reward eligibility and transaction monitoring decisions.

6. User Activation and CPA Campaigns

JustMoney may support clients in acquiring or activating real users through CPA-based or performance-based campaigns.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JustMoney does not guarantee that every referred, acquired or activated user will be accepted, approved, verified, retained, rewarded or classified as eligible by the client’s internal systems.

Final validation of registrations, KYC status, account approval, reward eligibility, transaction quality, fraud checks and campaign qualification remains the responsibility of the client platform.

7. Product Testing and UX Diagnostics

JustMoney may provide real-user product testing, onboarding diagnostics, UX feedback and conversion analysis based on live user journeys.

Such reports are prepared for business and operational purposes. They are based on available user feedback, observed journeys, campaign data and information provided by the client.

Reports, findings and recommendations do not constitute legal, compliance, investment, financial, technical security or regulatory advice.

8. Case Studies and Performance Data

Case studies, metrics, examples and performance data presented on the website may be anonymized, aggregated or simplified for confidentiality and presentation purposes.

Past results do not guarantee identical future results. Campaign outcomes may depend on many factors, including product quality, GEO, user incentives, onboarding flow, KYC requirements, conversion barriers, payment methods, market conditions, client-side risk rules and campaign timing.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for:

  • the legality and compliance of their own products and services,

  • their own KYC, AML, fraud-prevention and risk systems,

  • the content, accuracy and legality of campaign materials provided to JustMoney,

  • reward eligibility rules and user qualification criteria,

  • proper processing of end-user data within their own systems,

  • ensuring that their platform can legally operate in the target markets / GEOs.

JustMoney may refuse, suspend or terminate cooperation if a project appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, non-compliant, harmful to users or inconsistent with JustMoney’s operational standards.

10. Prohibited Use of the Website

Users of the website must not:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes,

  • attempt to interfere with website security or availability,

  • send malicious code, spam or abusive content,

  • submit false, misleading or unauthorized business inquiries,

  • copy, scrape, reproduce or reverse-engineer website content, business models or materials,

  • use the website to transmit sensitive personal data, identity documents, passwords, seed phrases or confidential financial credentials.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on the website, including text, structure, layout, branding, graphics, service descriptions, case study presentation, business positioning and materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works based on the website content without prior written consent from JustMoney.

12. Confidentiality and NDA

Detailed discussions regarding campaign structure, CPA rates, operational methods, partner networks, traffic sources, user communities, reports, internal processes, technical findings or client data may require a separate non-disclosure agreement.

JustMoney may require an NDA before disclosing sensitive operational details, partner information, reporting methodology, pricing models or non-public case studies.

13. Third-Party Links and Tools

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, communication tools or external services.

JustMoney is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, terms or availability of third-party websites and services.

14. Limitation of Liability
